Muzzleloader Elk Hunts

With today's high tech muzzle loaders combined with some of the best elk hunting in North America - along with our savvy guides - is sure to promise you the most rewarding elk hunting experience possible. The majority of our muzzle loader hunts take place in Catron County in southwest New Mexico where record book bulls are harvested every year. In these units a 320 plus bull is more common than not. These hunts take place in early October through mid November. In October the bulls are still giving away their locations in the morning by bugling on the way to their bedding ground. A lot of our past clients have had bulls called into bow range during these hunts. The shot opportunities on these hunts are very high every year, average shots are 75-150 yards.
